End of many things, the start of something brand new...

I have been cooking my fingers to the bone to be able to bring everyone new and exciting recipes on a CONSTANT basis.. It's been too difficult running a small business, caring for our son who needs extra attention and writing music for our band. So, to counter-offset this, I have stocked up months and months of delicious, HEALTHY recipes to share with you everyday. The plan is to post a new blog daily and continue to expand my cultural knowledge of food and learn the skills to produce food that TASTES GREAT, and is very healthy.
So far, I have lost 20lbs of a 40lb goal I have set for myself, I cannot wait to have abs again and get out on the road playing music next year!! (more news on that later!) It should be a very interesting time for us in 2011..
