Delays Delays!!
Just a short update... I have TONS to post on here (dinners for months, lots of recipes coming up)
Since the last post:
Had a house flood in our new house
had to trench by hand around house and run drain tile
finishing music Chandra and I have been working on for a couple of years now
wrote a short-story that will now be incorporated into our musics
got a new SMOKER!! (oh yes, this baby was put to good use)
Vehicles breaking down
Friends..not being friends.
had a huge order from sweetwater flop (TWICE!!)
after all this, we still managed to get our site up (kinda, just a place holder site)

ReplyDeleteWe are not a family who relies on excuses. The flood, digging, trenching and vehicles needing repair are real life occurrences that, instead of calling on a pro & being charged a ton of money we didn't have, Mike chose to take time out of his already busy days (remember, he's also had a very trying six-year-old stepson to care for throughout all of this) to research and learn to repair all of these issues himself. Very time consuming. We also had household drain issues there for a while, which he didn't even mention here. It's all been a matter of PRIORITIES, and always will be.
